After releasing their best of release "Homo Sovieticus" in 1999, Ionic Vision started to work on new tracks which meant new art, new concept, new sounds... but it also brought Sven and Andy finally back together with Louis Zachert, who was the responsible sound technician on their first three releases. As the band states themselves : "A vision without Louis just ain't an Ionic Vision" !
