Electrovot is a melodic EBM band based out of neighboring cities, Tijuana, Mexico, and San Diego, California, established in 2006 by songwriter, keyboardist, Miguel "Mikel" Andrade, co-vocalist, lyricist, keyboardist, Fabrizio Cholet, and lead vocalist, lyricist, Rob Sandoval.
Soon after forming, the band recorded a demo that landed in the hands of Krischan Wesenberg of Rotersand, who, with Tom Lesczenski of :[SITD]:, co-produced their first CD, Turning Point, which received great reviews upon release in 2011.
Electrovot has gigged extensively, sharing the stage with such international acts as Nitzer Ebb, Amduscia, Hocico, Icon of Coil, Accessory, Spetsnaz, FGFC820, C-Lekktor, and God Module, to name a few, at venues throughout Mexico and Southern California. Their music has been well received by DJ's in clubs and on internet radio stations throughout North America and Europe.
Electrovot has participated in more than 30 remixes and compilations.

In 2012, Rob Sandoval was recruited by Chris Reynolds of Red Flag to record lead vocals for the Red Flag album Serenity, released that same year. In 2013, Electrovot commenced working on their second album, which is being produced by Tom Lesczenski of SITD. Electrovot has recently signed to COP International with plans to release their latest work in early 2014.
