We usually have in stock what we offer online, but if it happens that we don't have an item we will ship what we have in stock right away.
We will inform you about the situation and give you 3 options :
1 - You still want your order and don't mind waiting until we get the item back in stock from germany
2 - You would like to substitute a different title to the out-of-stock item and have the order shipped.
3 - We ship what we have in stock and refund the item(s) that we do not have
in any case we will pay for any additional shipping cost that arise from an item not being in stock
