Originally formed in the late 1980s, Pink Turns Blue recorded 7 albums and were pioneers of the German darkwave scene. After an absence since 1994, the band reformed last year to play at the Wave Gothic Treffen in Leipzig. A compilation of remastered Pink Turns Blue classics has now been released entitled Re-union. This summer the band sold out their own Reunion concert in Bochum and made stunning appearances at The Wave Gothic Treffen 2004 and most recently Mera Luna festival at Hildesheim, playing alongside The Mission and Wolfsheim. This winter the band return to the studio to start work on a new album and single. Digitally remastered and with a bonus Video of the legendary very first re-union show in Leipzig this (limited edition of 5000 copies) CD covers the highlights of the band. The cover presents the good old Ljubljana dragon, the symbol of the band since 1991.
